Speech

I am learning to do a persuasive speech.  I was able to do an introduction, 4 paragraphs and a conclusion.  I found making the speech a bit challenging but I had a few ideas to work with to help me and also the teacher help me as well.  My next step is to write more speeches in the future.

Authors Purpose

I am learning to find out the author's purpose.  I was able to find out what was the author's purpose.  I found this activity easy because all we had to do was to find out what was the author's purpose and an example.  My next step is to do harder author's purpose.

I found this task hard to because we had to figure out where to put our rules and what will be a good background.
